How It Works: Step 1 — Snap photos of your junk, demolition site, or cleanout space. Add voice notes or text descriptions for complex scenes. Step 2 — Our two-step vision pipeline detects individual objects, maps each to one of 34 EPA WARM v16 material categories, calculates volume and weight, applies pricing, and computes carbon impact in under 60 seconds. Step 3 — Receive an itemized estimate with line items showing material type, volume, weight, unit price, and disposition, plus carbon metrics (CO₂e saved, diversion rate, LEED MRc5 eligibility).
